While daily housekeeping in guest rooms is not available, groups that have prearranged for bed and bath linen exchange service (excluding guests in the Intern Housing Program) may receive clean linen by bringing their soiled linen to the Conference Housing Office between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. each day. Please check with your group advisor or coordinator to ensure this service was arranged for your group. The additional cost associated with an arranged linen exchange varies according to group size.
Groups that have not pre-arranged for linen exchange service may exchange soiled linen for a small fee, provided the Conference Housing Office has extra linen on premises. Groups staying longer than one week (5 days) may exchange soiled linen at no charge after five days.
Personal care items (excluding soap and toilet paper) are not provided. For group members requiring last minute items, drug and grocery stores are within walking distance
If you have concerns with the condition of your room or you find something in need of repair, please report it to the Conference Housing Office. The building services staff will correct the problem as soon as possible.
