
Features in Common. All rooms at UNLV Conference Housing are double occupancy (except for handicap adapted suites which are triple occupancy). Two rooms form a suite and share a bathroom. Each resident is provided with a bed, desk and desk chair, wardrobe or closet, dresser or drawer/storage space. Roommates share a vanity sink. Rooms are carpeted, have mini-blinds, and are air conditioned. Wheelchair adapted rooms are available in each community. All rooms are equipped with phones and local calls are free. Guests are responsible for providing their own alarm clocks.

The UCC Complex

The UCC Complex is comprised of a group of four three-story buildings, constructed in 1988, each housing approximately 100 guests. Floors are divided into wings housing eight rooms, 16 guests. Wings are separated by a lounge area. Each room is approximately 11' X 21' divided in half by a partial wall forming two semi-private spaces thus maximizing personal privacy. Each suite shares a balcony. Located within each building is a coin-operated laundry facility, study lounge, and snack vending area.
The South Complex

The South Complex is an interconnected three building complex constructed in 1990 containing a three, four, and five-story building. Each floor houses 40 guests in rooms 10' 10" X 20'. Each floor features a studyroom as well as a lounge area. Vending machines are centrally located within the Complex.
The Tonopah Complex

The Tonopah Complex is a six-story, two building complex housing 640 guests at capacity. The original building was constructed in 1966 and was completely renovated in 1992. The new building was completed in the summer of 2001 and offers a modern, state-of-the-art facility to our guests, as well as serving as the home to the Conference Housing Office. Each floor houses approximately 40 guests in rooms 11' x 20'. A coin-operated laundry facility can be found on each floor in addition to either a social lounge or a study lounge.
The Dayton Complex:

The Dayton Complex is a four-story, two building complex housing approximately 475 guests at capacity. The newest residential building on-campus, this complex opened its doors in 2004. The building offers upgraded furniture, spacious TV lounges and a beautiful view of the famous “Las Vegas Strip.” Each floor houses approximately 40 guests in rooms 11’ x 20’.

The Hazel M. Wilson Dining Commons is the facility where you will be eating almost all of your on-campus meals. It is a newly-renovated, spacious, modern building featuring ten different serving stations with several entrée choices at every meal. The facility is open every day, serving all you can eat during traditional meal times.
UNLV strives to provide a well-balanced and nutritious food service program. We believe that each guest should have a wide variety of food items from which to create a meal that satisfies their tastes, dietary needs, and preferences. Our food service program operates buffet style with a variety of food options for our guests.

Food options typically available in addition to the traditional cafeteria line include a meatless entree at each meal, made-to-order grill service, Wok and Asian specialties, Mexican or Italian serving line, Deli and Pizza station, 24 item Salad Bar, Soup Bar, Dessert Bar, and prepare your own waffles.

Housing guests must have a valid campus parking permit to park on the UNLV Campus. Permits are available for a small fee from UNLV Parking and Transportation Services or the Conference Housing Office upon check-in. Permits allow guests to park in any available student parking space. Housing guests are encouraged to park in the Thomas & Mack parking lot where the majority of student parking spaces are located. All tour buses must park in the Thomas & Mack parking lot. Please do not park in reserved parking areas or spaces designated for faculty and staff. The Conference Housing Office assumes no responsibility for any parking tickets received while on the UNLV Campus.
