Arrival Information
Your stay with Conference Housing at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas will begin with check-in at one of our front desk locations.
Year-Round Individual Stay and Academic Year Conferences (August through April)
North Tonopah Hall (TON on the campus map) is located at 1130 University Road. Please use the door on the North side of the building (across the parking lot from the Frank and Estella Beam Hall).
Summer Conferences and Interns (May through July)
(Please check with your Conference Coordinator to determine which location your group will be utilizing for check-in).
- Tonopah Hall (TON on the campus map) is located at 1130 University Road. Tonopah Hall houses the main Conference Housing Office and is open seven days per week, 24 hours per day.
- Dayton Hall (DAY on the campus map) is located at 4765 Gym Road. Dayton Complex is open limited hours, which vary based on resident needs.
Housing guests must have a valid campus parking permit to park on the UNLV Campus. Permits are available for a small fee from UNLV Parking and Transportation Services or the Conference Housing Office upon check-in. Permits allow guests to park in any available student parking space. Housing guests are encouraged to park in the Thomas & Mack parking lot where the majority of student parking spaces are located. All tour buses must park in the Thomas & Mack parking lot. Please do not park in reserved parking areas or spaces designated for faculty and staff. The Conference Housing Office assumes no responsibility for any parking tickets received while on the UNLV Campus.

Directions to Tonopah Hall - Conference Housing Office:
From McCarran International Airport:
Exit the airport via Swenson Street. Turn right on Tropicana Avenue and proceed east two blocks on Tropicana to Maryland Parkway. Turn left on Maryland Parkway.
Conference Housing Office:
Proceed north to University Road (first red light) and turn left onto University Road. Drive straight down University Road and pass two stop signs. The road will dead end and force you to turn right. Tonopah Hall is the large six-story building on the corner.
From Interstate 15:
Exit I-15 at the Tropicana Avenue East Exit. Follow Tropicana Avenue (approximately 3 miles) and turn left on Maryland Parkway. Follow the directions above to the Conference Housing Office.
From US Highway 93 & 95:
Exit the Tropicana Avenue West exit and continue on Tropicana Avenue (approximately 6 miles) to Maryland Parkway. Turn right onto Maryland Parkway and follow the directions as listed above.
Directions to Dayton Hall:
From McCarran International Airport:
Exit the airport via Swenson Street. Turn right onto Tropicana Avenue and proceed east one block on Tropicana to Thomas & Mack. Turn left onto Thomas & Mack and Dayton Complex is the 4-story building located directly on your left. The road will be blocked between the two buildings directly off Tropicana and the road will force you to turn left. Follow this curve around the perimeter of Dayton Hall to the nearest parking in the lot of the Thomas & Mack Center.
From Interstate 15:
Exit I-15 at the Tropicana Avenue East Exit. Follow Tropicana Avenue (approximately 2 and a half miles) and turn left off Tropicana Avenue onto Thomas & Mack. Thomas & Mack will be the first stoplight after Swenson Street. Follow the same directions as listed above to the Dayton Residential Complex.
From US Highway 93 & 95:
Exit the Tropicana West exit and continue on Tropicana Avenue (approximately 6 miles) to Thomas & Mack (the first stoplight after Maryland Parkway). Turn right onto Thomas & Mack and follow the directions as listed above
